Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Manager to lead our AI Product Engineering team.

About the Role

  • Lead, develop and grow a high-performing team of software engineers through effective hiring, coaching, mentoring, and setting clear direction.
  • Drive continuous improvement through proactive reviewing, developing, and implementing best practice ways of working.
  • Maintain a current and comprehensive knowledge of engineering technologies relevant to software applications.

Requirements

  • In-depth experience of managing software delivery and engineering teams using Lean-Agile techniques.
  • Excellent grasp of modern software delivery practices and software development life cycle.
  • Strong execution skills, consistently driving initiatives to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes that ensure delivery pipeline flow at a predictable pace.
  • Contribute to the development of clear roadmaps and plans which effectively deliver business outcomes.
