Job Title: Assistant Director Salary Packaging Customer

    An exciting opportunity exists for a leadership role within the Shared Services team. The successful applicant will provide guidance to a small team, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely salary packaging services to ACT Government employees in a busy environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high-quality customer service through research, auditing, and attention to detail
  • Maintaining excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Providing leadership and managing competing priorities to meet tight deadlines

    Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Experience in salary packaging services

    Selection Process:

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Applicants must submit a two-page written pitch and a copy of their current curriculum vitae with contact details for two referees.
