We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Red Bull Musketeer in ACT, you will be responsible for building genuine relationships with bars, restaurants, and events to turn brand love into can love. You will use your unique personality to showcase this premium brand, bringing it to life in various settings. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Showcasing the brand's excellence and taking responsibility for the visibility and availability of our products wherever you go.
  • Acting as a trusted business partner, strengthening and nurturing long-term professional relationships with established customers, creating new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
  • Taking full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities for your region, developing and deploying strategies and innovative tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull.
  • Making every appointment with your customers the highlight of their day, utilizing your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for your customers and for Red Bull.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for the hospitality industry, with previous experience highly valued within the industry (bar manager, venue manager, event promoter, restaurant owner) or similar roles.
  • Solutions-oriented with a commercial acumen.
  • A bullish winning mindset.
  • Passionate, professional, responsible with a can-do attitude.
  • Established contacts in the night scene and/or the ability to make them quickly and smoothly.
  • The ability to work independently, enjoying flexibility and travel (50-60% travel).
