Job Description:

At Relevance AI, our mission is to empower anyone to delegate work to the AI workforce.

We're building a new type of automation platform, for anyone to create and use AI agents that can replicate human quality work, decision making and collaboration.

This role would be ideal for individuals who are excited by the intersection of software development and applied AI.

Your day-to-day will be varied and you'll work on building real, user-facing AI features-powering workflows, tools, and experiences that leverage large language models and agents across the product.

  • Prompts Engineering: Manage the agent's context (using techniques like sub-agents, retrieval based context management, sliding context windows, etc.).
  • AI-powered Backend Services: Develop complex backend services to power AI applications.
  • Full-stack Development: Build and maintain production-grade APIs and AI-powered features, from backend services to user-facing experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Staff-level experience in full-stack software development: Proven ability to develop practical and production-ready AI applications or features that utilize Gen AI/Large Language Models.
  • Programming skills in Python and Typescript: Experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Deep understanding of foundational models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques: Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
