The position requires an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and manage teams responsible for accounting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of leadership and teamwork.


The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies that align with company objectives
  • Lead and manage teams responsible for accounting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Prepare and review financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and leadership roles
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Highly independent and results-driven individual
