Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating in-store operations and sales activities, ensuring the effectiveness of our processes and flows to create a seamless client experience in the boutique.

Key Areas of FocusInventory Management
  1. Timely and accurate updates of monthly forecasts (pick-up/walk-in/stock replenishment)
  2. Responsible for inventory control, stock takes, and follow-ups on shipments, transfers, and consignments
  3. Ordering accessories and POS materials
  4. Maintaining waiting and deposit lists and supporting sales with proper customer order management
Business Performance Monitoring
  1. Monitoring weekly and monthly forecasts
  2. Maintaining and ensuring daily clientele book quality
  3. Supporting monthly store meetings and reports
  4. Validating monthly commission reports
  5. Following up on staff KPIs and incentive results
  6. Reviewing rosters, leave, and overtime records
  7. Ensuring compliance and audits in collaboration with the office
  8. Verifying and following up on customer payments and VAT-off sales
  9. Handling store vendor management and payment
  10. Managing store petty cash and T&E spending
  11. Managing after-sales services from reception, tracking to delivery, handling customer inquiries
  12. Ordering store supplies and stationery
Event Execution
  1. Maintaining event client lists in collaboration with the office team
  2. Supporting carnet/stock management during events and ICM registrations
  3. Ensuring timely and accurate reports on leads/sales after events
  4. Ordering and tracking customer gifts
Requirements
  1. Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
  2. 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail or boutique operations
  3. Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM software
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail software
  6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
