We are seeking skilled, hands-on individuals with excellent customer experience skills to join our team promptly.

Current Bonus Offer:

  • $5K NEW STARTER BONUS (one-time payment)
  • Must complete six months of employment
  • Must pass all probationary periods to be eligible

What You'll Be Doing:

You will undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program, which includes:

  • Participating in the O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Developing Auto Technician capabilities to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standards
  • Completing windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Undertaking glass chip repairs
  • Delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Providing professional and timely services

Requirements:

  • Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and keeping them engaged
  • Current and valid manual driver's license
  • Reliable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn the trade
  • Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Desire to succeed, with an energetic and enthusiastic approach
