Job Opportunity: Contact Centre Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Coach to lead and inspire our frontline staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify development needs and drive engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to inform service delivery and drive excellence.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in leadership or coaching roles within contact centres, customer experience, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance, service excellence, and performance coaching techniques.
  • Proven ability to drive engagement, influence outcomes, and foster high-performing teams.
