The RoleThe Client Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of High Net Worth clients within the Australian market. The ideal candidate will possess native-level English proficiency and will focus on fostering relationships with affluent clients, enhancing their loyalty, and delivering a personalized and rewarding experience sustainably. This position is integral to the success and expansion of our premium service offerings and will collaborate closely with the Customer Engagement Manager.
This is a full-time position requiring availability from Tuesday to Saturday, with flexible working hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture the portfolio of clients, building robust relationships to enhance loyalty, retention, and lifetime value while maintaining sustainable gaming habits.
- Train and develop Supervisors to support High Net Worth clients, ensuring extended coverage.
- Monitor individual client performance and ensure appropriate rewards are provided in line with business objectives.
- Address day-to-day client inquiries and concerns, proactively engaging with clients at various stages of their lifecycle to drive growth.
- Analyze market performance and respond to emerging trends.
- Initiate campaigns aimed at stimulating activity among High Net Worth clients, ensuring timely execution and thorough reporting of results.
- Identify potential new High Net Worth clients and facilitate their onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager to plan and execute exclusive events and coordinate client gifts.
- Maintain a focus on player sustainability and act as an ambassador for responsible gaming.
- Work closely with Customer Engagement, Player Sustainability, Payments, and Customer Support teams to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience.
- Contribute to business success by representing the voice of high-value clients and providing innovative feedback.
- Assist the Customer Engagement Manager with administrative tasks, including managing purchase orders and tracking expenses.
- Experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness, including understanding ROI and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A genuine commitment to delivering world-class service to our esteemed clients.
- Professional appearance and willingness to travel and work outside standard hours as necessary.
- Experience in the online gaming industry is preferred.
