Software Engineer - Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Technical Engineering Team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.

Job Description:
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers on software systems and Card Printers.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot software and hardware issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide recommendations for optimal system configuration.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers on software and hardware usage.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for software sales and implement strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally and interstate as required.
