Home Care Support Specialist

At Kinyara Health, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional home care services that make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

The role of a Home Care Support Specialist is to provide support to our aged care and NDIS clients living in their homes around Blacktown area. This includes:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, light cleaning and laundry duties
  • Helping with shopping and meal preparation
  • Transporting clients to appointments and running errands
  • Providing companionship and emotional support

As a Home Care Support Specialist, you must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes from the Blacktown area.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Certificate III in Home & Community Care or Certificate IV in Disability
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police check
  • CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • A NSW Driver Licence and your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance

Experience administering medication and managing epilepsy is highly favourable.
