Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Laverton North VIC.

About the Role

This is a leadership role that requires a manager with experience within the transport industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing critical aspects of the operations, including safety, compliance, financials, incident investigations and fleet utilisation.

The role involves leading and supporting a direct reports, operational teams and subcontractor partners to provide efficiency and drive improvement across the network.

The position also involves proactive management of customer relationships facilitating growth through new customer integration and organic growth of existing accounts.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and experience within an operational environment and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Able to confidently lead, drive outcomes and develop diverse high-performance teams.
