Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Operate equipment to produce bulk and bagged products, including bagging, wrapping, and warehousing.
  • Perform warehouse duties, including the operation of the pallet wrapper.
  • Ensure all products are accurately labeled and stored in a clean and organized manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Able to work both autonomously and within a proactive team environment.
  • Capacity to undertake physically repetitive and manual handling work.
  • Available to work a rotating day/night roster.
  • Valid forklift license is highly regarded.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and background check, including police check.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
