Barista Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate barista to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring exceptional customer service skills, coffee-making techniques, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks using state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Engage with customers, answer questions about our menu offerings, and provide knowledgeable and friendly service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored and in good working condition.
  • Assist with daily operations and customer orders, working as part of a team to ensure orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all food and beverage regulations and health codes, ensuring the safety and quality of our products.
  • Pitch in with other tasks as needed, including basic food preparation and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a barista, with a strong understanding of coffee-making techniques and equipment.
  • Extensive knowledge of coffee and tea, including different brewing methods and flavor profiles.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build relationships.
  • Basic food preparation skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
