Lead Animation Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing an animation team and collaborating with supervisors to deliver high-quality animations for feature films. With extensive experience in CG, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in feature film production.

The Lead Animation Supervisor will work closely with animation supervisors to create convincing performances and motion. This includes providing leadership for the animation team, including education and mentoring for animators.

The Lead Animation Supervisor will support animation supervisors in developing project schedules and delivering shots within those schedules. They will also solve animators' creative and technical issues, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered to the highest standard.

The Lead Animation Supervisor will work with the Build Department to ensure models are suitable for performance needs. This involves collaborating with other teams to achieve the best possible results.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 6+ years of CG experience, ideally within feature films.
  • Prior experience of leading teams.
  • Experience working directly with clients/directors.
