Job Description:

As a senior technical leader, you will spearhead mobile strategy and architecture while remaining hands-on in shaping the future of our apps. You will work across complex systems (mobile, backend, and web) focusing on architecture and backend depth to support our mobile experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of the Flutter app and its integration with existing native iOS and Android apps.
  • Support native app development while providing ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and support for existing systems and platforms.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for mobile development.
  • Mentor and coach mobile developers, enhancing technical skills and team capability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions that align with our strategic goals.

To excel in this role, we seek an individual with:

  • 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in mobile development;
  • Deep expertise in Flutter, strong knowledge of native iOS (preferred) or Android development;
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and integrating backend services;
  • Proficiency with state management solutions such as Riverpod;
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges, architect resilient solutions, and drive technical excellence;
  • Proven expertise in core mobile application design and development frameworks essential for success in this leadership position;
