About the Opportunity

The Leisure Marketing team drives acquisition and strengthens relationships with existing customers. The team is responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing plans across the Leisure portfolio, including proposition development, media strategy development/optimisation, and customer acquisition/retention effectiveness.

Your Role

You will provide support to the Marketing Lead on key programs of work and take the lead on a number of projects across small and medium marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing campaign plans and briefs under guidance, facilitating operational planning and implementation, media and creative development, and fulfilment.
  • Leading the planning and delivery of travel and experiences activity, such as Travel Insurance, tickets and attractions, IDPs, car hire, and destination campaigns.
  • Managing the production of campaign elements, including 1:1 journey optimisations, ensuring appropriate sign-off from relevant parties.
  • Supporting the Marketing Lead in executing certain campaign elements across the rest of the T&E portfolio.
  • Developing collateral to support the leisure portfolio and tracking campaign progress.
  • Demonstrating creative excellence and generating effective outcomes across all communication mediums.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years experience in campaign management, including direct mail, online, and eDMs.
  • A Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or similar qualification.
  • Sound communication skills and a proven ability to translate technical information into effective and meaningful communication.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and good project management skills.
