Landscape Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Horticulturist to lead our team of gardeners working on prestigious clients' sites. As a Garden Operations Manager, you will be responsible for motivating your team to deliver the highest standard of work.

The ideal candidate will have previous team leading/supervisory experience, sound horticulture knowledge, and excellent communication skills. They will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be able to maintain gardens, lawns, and grounds of clients with hands-on leadership approach.

We are looking for someone who can take charge of ad hoc administrative duties, motivate their team, and maintain high standards of work. The successful candidate will also have a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens, a Driver's licence, and a WHS White Card.
