Job Role Overview

This position involves working as an Early Childhood Educator, immersing yourself in our comprehensive and supportive onboarding program.

  • We offer 3 months of continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally.
  • An ECT Buddy will provide an extra layer of support as you settle into your role.
  • You will also have the opportunity to network with other ECTs through Community Connection Sessions.

To be successful in this role, you must hold:

  • A Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood) accredited by ACECQA.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
