Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Ground Transport Project Coordinator to assist in the optimization of customer experience during a period of expansion and project delivery across our estate, through a customer-centric approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating existing assets while driving the delivery of two multi-storey carparks and associated works.
  2. Protecting from commercial revenue loss and disruption, and measuring customer experience through analysis and problem solving in pursuit of excellence for passengers and those who traverse our vast estate.
About You
  • You will be a customer experience focused individual, with a problem-solving and analytical approach, driving change and strategy to ensure effective delivery of Ground Transport Strategy.
  • You have deep experience in Ground Transport or a similarly related field, with demonstrated exposure to major works and subsequent change management procedures.
  • You have demonstrated experience delivering strategy at Business unit level.
  • You possess excellent Stakeholder communication skills with all levels of employees both internally and externally.
