Team Member Role

We are seeking a team player to join our diverse workforce in Melbourne. As a Team Member, you will be part of a collaborative environment where everyone works together to deliver exceptional customer experiences in one of Australia's iconic supermarkets.

About the role

You will work with enthusiasm and energy in our Melbourne store, providing excellent service to customers and contributing to maintaining a well-stocked shelf with everything they need.

With opportunities across the store, you could be responsible for tasks such as packing treats in the bakery, scanning customers' shopping, serving up slices in the Deli or restocking our shelves.

Key requirements:

  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • To possess knowledge that enables you to provide valuable information to customers
  • To be physically active, working on your feet for extended periods and engaging in moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
  • The ability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including early mornings, evenings and weekends)
