This role is responsible for ensuring global tax compliance, solving complex tax issues, and supporting operations across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong tax knowledge and experience, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations
  • Identify and address tax issues across multiple jurisdictions, implementing tax strategies to minimize liabilities
  • Manage tax audits and prepare all required documentation promptly
  • Build and maintain relationships with external tax consultants and tax authorities
  • Conduct research on tax issues and prepare clear, actionable guidance
  • Analyze financial statements for tax implications and advise accordingly
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting
  • Monitor tax calendars to ensure all filings are submitted on time
  • Recommend tax-efficient business practices and identify potential savings opportunities
  • Provide timely advice on matters such as withholding tax, sales tax, R&D credits, and relevant contract language
