Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrative assistant to join our dedicated team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. You will be responsible for answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, and processing accounts. Additionally, you will work closely with our Allied Health team to ensure seamless coordination and effective delivery of services.
