Trade Officer Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on trade professional with at least 3 years' experience in building maintenance to join our regional maintenance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general trade duties and repairs, conducting site inspections and minor fixture repairs, and delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general trade duties and repairs
  • Conduct site inspections and minor fixture repairs
  • Communicate with sites regarding issues and progress
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Support other duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a current White Card
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  • 2025 Influenza vaccination
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
