About the Role

The Australian Defence Force (ADF) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of military equipment and supplies
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize stock levels and optimize storage capacity
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies to military units
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a military or defence environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Current driver's license and ability to operate military vehicles
