Community Engagement Leader

We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead our community engagement strategy.

This exciting opportunity involves leading the implementation of our dynamic community engagement team's operational plan, driving the achievement of department KPIs.

You will provide insightful analysis and advice, initiate impactful process improvements, and respond proactively to business trends to enhance operational quality and efficiency.

A robust understanding of community development principles is essential for building strong relationships with stakeholders and identifying opportunities to expand our presence in the communities we serve.

Innovative business development and promotion efforts are crucial for driving business growth, managing the lead pipeline to attract, convert, and onboard new customers.

A qualification in Community Development, Social Sciences, Business, Health or related field is preferred, but extensive experience in senior leadership roles can be considered.

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic and operational goals is necessary.

Flexibility and willingness to travel are required, as you will need to visit regional offices between Brisbane and Rockhampton and participate in occasional weekend on-call requirements.
