About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Team Manager. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve outstanding results and deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building a cohesive team with clear goals and accountabilities;
- Selecting, developing, managing, deploying, and motivating a high-performing team;
- Clearly defining role expectations, monitoring performance, providing timely and constructive feedback, and facilitating employee development;
- Encouraging continuous improvement opportunities and innovation within the team;
- Monitoring client and stakeholder satisfaction and taking responsibility for correcting problems promptly.
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate leadership skills, people management skills, service excellence, and self-management.
Required qualifications include:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team to deliver outcomes;
- The ability to lead and direct team members effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Experience preparing rosters, managing schedules, and driving contact centre outcomes;
- Previous experience using the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
