Job Title: Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary:

CPC Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to lead the delivery of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the construction management team to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, community, and heritage requirements.
  • Manage interfaces with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Review and approve key documentation to ensure it meets project objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Manage commercial and contractual matters, including cost commitments and approvals.
  • Oversee the development of contingencies to ensure project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or similar technical qualifications.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in mining projects, including design and construction experience.
  • Familiarity with Mines Safety and Inspections Regulations and associated Acts.
  • High-level communication skills, strong computer literacy, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of databases and version control, attention to detail, and excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Current WA Driver License and ability to provide evidence of Permanent Residency or Australian Citizen status.
