Job Description
  • Work side-by-side with experienced sales agents to learn the ins and outs of real estate sales
Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers while providing exceptional customer service
  • Prospecting and identifying opportunities for sales leads
  • Supporting open homes and database management tasks
  • Attending listing appraisals, photo shoots, and inspections
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
  • The drive to meet performance targets
  • Confidence and excellent communication skills
  • Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate
  • Current driver's license with a suitable vehicle
  • Previous experience in real estate in a fast-paced sales environment (desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work Monday to Saturday (no Sunday work required)
