Role Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. As a Senior Portfolio Analyst, you'll be working closely with the Transformation and Change team to develop and implement financial governance in the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining transparency on cost, benefits & resource plans (budget – forecast – actual) for all initiatives.
  • Ensuring alignment with General Ledger, local ServiceNow and Global ServiceNow.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers to develop efficient vendor management practices and approval, tracking and capture processes.
  • Maintaining accurate resourcing details (including on-boarding and off-boarding details) and ensuring FTE reconciliations are embedded in rolling forecasts (RFC).
  • Serving as the conduit between local delivery teams ServiceNow (SNOW) updates and global instance for Red, Amber & Green (RAG) statuses and milestone updates.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Project Management, PMO or Finance analytics is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation including external partners/vendors.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage tasks through to resolution.
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Industry and governance frameworks.
