Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification in Plumbing and Gas Fitting/Servicing, an additional restricted Electrical license, and a current Queensland automatic drivers licence. The successful applicant will be comfortable using electronic communication/information devices.

About the Role

">
  • As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of various products in the Brisbane metropolitan area.
  • You will respond to allocated after-sales calls with a professional and pleasant manner, mindful of the importance of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure products are installed and operate within design specifications and relevant standards.
  • Evaluate and rectify appliance problems efficiently and accurately, or install and commission an appliance in accordance with a quotation.
  • Maintain knowledge and attend training across the full product range.
  • Act in a manner conducive to good health and safety of yourself and the general public.
