Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel:
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to construction teams, businesses, or asset owners.
- Manage legal risk across procurement, supply chains, and contract frameworks.
- Contribute to process development, systems, and delivery models to enhance team and client performance.
Curiously-minded, technically brilliant, and experienced in:
- Construction law, project advisory, or dispute resolution.
- Strong expertise drafting and negotiating contracts, including construction contracts.
- Experience advising contractors, subcontractors, and principals.
