Established in the club/pub sector, Frontline Recruitment is seeking an experienced and hands-on Head Chef to lead the culinary team at one of our esteemed clients' clubs in Newcastle.

Job Description:
As the ideal candidate, you will possess relevant experience in quality food and beverage environments, with a proven track record of designing, costing, and implementing successful menus. Your strong interpersonal skills and presence will enable effective communication with guests, staff, management, and suppliers.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the kitchen team, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food production.
- Developing and implementing menu offerings, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes.
- Managing financial kitchen operations, including cost control, inventory, and reporting.
- Fostering a positive work environment, promoting staff engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar role.
- Proven ability to design, cost, and implement innovative menus that drive business growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience managing a medium-sized brigade and controlling financial kitchen operations.
