We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead business operations, drive strategic growth, and foster a culture of excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing daily school activities, leading non-teaching staff, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day school operations, ensuring seamless execution of plans and policies.
- Leadership Development: Lead and mentor non-teaching staff, promoting individual growth and development.
- Financial Planning: Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement financial strategies, monitoring and reviewing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Autonomy: Demonstrate considerable autonomy, taking ownership of business service outcomes and leading diverse teams.
- Leadership Skills: Provide support and guidance in executive and administrative support services, recommending and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Human Resources: Manage human resources for school support staff, undertaking workforce planning and overseeing recruitment, induction, training, and performance management.
- Dynamic Work Environment: Thrive in a vibrant and inclusive primary school setting, committed to academic excellence and student wellbeing.
- Professional Growth: Develop your skills and expertise, mentoring others and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
