Mobile Child and Family Health Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Child and Family Health professional to join our Mobile Van-based service in the Tweed area.
- This role will involve working with families caring for children 0-3 years of age, providing quality child and family health services, and establishing key connections with local service providers.
About this opportunity:
The successful applicant will be involved in the provision of therapeutic programs, individual consultations, group programs, and community engagement activities.
The Child and Family Health service is a multidisciplinary team that works together to provide a range of support services to families. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and children.
