Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children by creating engaging and stimulating learning environments that foster their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

About the Role

In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with fellow Educators and Centre Leadership to develop and implement innovative early learning programs that reflect current best practices. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contributing to the implementation of the Guardian Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Lead and guide teams in creating and implementing innovative early learning programs.
  • Document and share children's learning and development with families.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of the Guardian Curriculum.


Requirements:
  • A Certificate III/Working towards Diploma/ Working towards Tertiary education in Early Childhood.
  • Prior experience in long day-care settings.
  • Sound knowledge of the NQF and the EYLF, and the ability to implement these frameworks.
  • A current Working with Children's Check (WWCC for NSW)
  • Aus citizen or on PR
