Job Description

The Retail Innovation Specialist role involves working in a dynamic and inclusive environment, designing and innovating retail stores of the future. Key responsibilities include developing scope of work documents for refrigeration and mechanical services, managing in-store project activities, implementing energy minimisation strategies, and auditing project delivery for compliance.

Key Requirements
  • A Refrigeration trade certificate with experience in Refrigeration and HVAC commissioning, installation, preferably in supermarket refrigeration.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or science are advantageous.
  • Supervisory experience in supermarket commissioning or installation is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of engineering systems, legislation, and codes is essential.
