About this Role:
  • Support the delivery of Divisional safety and wellbeing operational and risk services, positively influencing leadership on day-to-day risk management.
  • Provide high-quality safety and wellbeing services aligned with our strategy, frameworks, standards, and supporting systems.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders to manage and mitigate safety and wellbeing risks.
  • Support change management activities for implementing safety and wellbeing systems, initiatives, and programs.
  • Enhance leader capability in safety and wellbeing through coaching and relevant development strategies.
  • E nsure safe systems of work are implemented and monitored according to our Safety and Wellbeing Management System.
Requirements:
  • A skilled professional adept at working with various stakeholders, capable of negotiating and influencing positive outcomes.
  • A high level of attention to detail and effective planning and organisational skills to autonomously manage your workload.
We Require:
  • Significant demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualification in health and safety, injury management, or a related field.
  • Ability to operate within a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire proactive action and change.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is highly desirable.
