**Job Title:** Pre-Construction Termite Prevention Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to inspect buildings and structures for termite activity and damage. The ideal candidate will have the ability to implement prevention measures to prevent termite infestations, work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Termite Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and structures for termite activity and damage.
  • Prevention Measures: Implement prevention measures to prevent termite infestations.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Independence: Experience working independently to service client needs.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and confidence using mobile phone services, apps, and tablets.
