Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Macquarie, Australia. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the store's daily operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement store business strategies to meet or exceed sales and performance goals
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
  • Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and store appearance to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and execute store promotions and events
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
