Based in Australia, this full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$80,000 per year, plus superannuation. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while maintaining optimal production efficiency.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and experience with blow moulding and injection moulding processes. They will be responsible for providing technical support to the manufacturing team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to maximise material use efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Provide technical assistance to ensure defect-free product quality
  • Analyse production data to identify opportunities for process optimisation
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to plan, execute, and manage production operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as adherence to safety protocols and regulations
Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing technical expertise to the production team
  • Developing and implementing process improvements
  • Maintaining accurate records of production data and analysis
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve operational issues
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing)
  • At least 1 year of experience in blow moulding and injection moulding processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
