About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Coles First Choice Liquor. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store presentation and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and team members
  • Deliver business objectives and drive sales growth through effective inventory management, team development, and customer engagement
  • Manage store administration, including payroll, stock ordering, and inventory control
  • Ensure store presentation standards are consistently met
  • Hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification

  • You have a strong background in retail management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders
  • You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions
  • You are a collaborative leader, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
