**Role Overview**

We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Brisbane South area. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing allied health and home therapy services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver a range of services, including individual and group sessions
  • Liaise with professional peers to ensure seamless provision of equipment and modifications
  • Deliver excellent care and support to ageing Australians

**Requirements**

  • Formal qualifications as an Occupational Therapist and unrestricted AHPRA Registration
  • Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills is desirable
  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001)
  • The right to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license, registration, and access to your own car with comprehensive car insurance
