Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Front Staff member.

This position plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing top-notch service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide memorable experiences for all guests by ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery during peak periods.
  • Operational Efficiency: Effectively manage cash handling and operating procedures, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • RSA Certification: Hold current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Hospitality Experience: Possess previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in customer-facing roles.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Be available to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours, including some evening shifts.
