This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our global consulting firm and become a true business leader. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for initiating and leading sales efforts, project management, client engagement, and building effective working relationships within project teams and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the successful delivery of ERM's air quality projects and objectives
* Initiate and lead sales efforts, including managing large, complex projects, proposal writing, and delivery
* Project management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performance

Requirements
* Minimum 5-10 years' relevant experience in a consulting environment

* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
* Strong initiative with the ability to work independently where required
* High-level Excel skills, including data manipulation
* Flexibility to conduct various assessments and tackle complex problems using innovative solutions

* Client engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successes
* Proven ability to complete projects within budget and on schedule
* Genuine desire to work with a great team and mentor and develop colleagues
