SA Health seeks a highly skilled Respiratory Specialist Scientist to join our Respiratory and Sleep Services team at Flinders Medical Centre.
This is a key leadership role that involves managing workloads and resources to ensure an efficient and effective service.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in respiratory physiology and measurements, as well as demonstrated expertise in teaching and education, particularly in respiratory physiology and measurements.
The role involves assessing and reviewing the work standards of scientific staff to ensure relevant processes and procedures are followed appropriately, as well as monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure reliability and accuracy of testing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage workloads and resources to ensure an efficient and effective service
- Assess and review the work standards of scientific staff
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure reliability and accuracy of testing
- Ensure clinical reports are technically accurate, comprehensive, and distributed in a timely manner
