Delivering Quality Nursing Care
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality, individualized care to residents with complex needs.
As a skilled nursing professional, you will be responsible for managing resident care, including wound management and pain relief.
Additionally, you will have leadership responsibilities, supervising staff on the floor and ensuring that care meets the highest standards of customer service.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification, along with at least 6 months of postgraduate experience in aged care.
The successful candidate will enjoy building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, and will possess excellent clinical knowledge and skills.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
