Physiotherapist / Exercise Physiologist / Osteo Specialist

Job DescriptionThis diverse role offers the flexibility and autonomy to manage your day while being part of a strong, close-knit team of driven healthcare professionals. Your duties will include:
- Effective case management with manageable caseloads and the support of Rehabilitation Assistants
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
- Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
- Completing various assessments using clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills
This role can be based in our Shepparton, Wangaratta, or Albury offices, with travel across the North East region and these offices expected as part of the role. This is an excellent opportunity to work in regional Victoria and experience the diversity it has to offer.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Osteopathy
- Full Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- A desire to problem-solve, use initiative, and achieve results
- A passion for injury prevention, return-to-work, and associated health benefits
- Energy and drive to grow our services
- A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle
