Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team in Tumut, NSW.

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for rebuilding and overhauling pumps and valves, performing bearing changes and mechanical fault diagnostics, routine inspections, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rebuilding and overhauling pumps and valves
  • Performing bearing changes and mechanical fault diagnostics
  • Routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Servicing gearboxes and rotating equipment

Requirements:

  • Trade qualifications in Mechanical Fitting
  • Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably with valves, pumps, gearboxes, or similar mechanical systems
  • Elevated Work Platform Licence (highly regarded)
  • Driver's license and vehicle (highly regarded)
