Overview:

The role of Team Lead in Planning is a high-profile position within our organization. The successful candidate will lead a team of Urban Planners, ensuring the correct staffing levels and resources for projects, maintaining a high level of engagement with team members, and working with other Team leads to achieve project outcomes.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or Architecture/Urban Design are required.">
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a consultancy environment is essential.">
  • Proficiency in urban planning research, data analysis, and report writing is necessary.">
  • Extensive experience in statutory or strategic planning, preferably within NSW, is highly desirable.">
  • Self-motivation, self-direction, and interest in working on a broad variety of projects are key attributes.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to liaise with the team, managers, and clients.">
